Smaller numbers on Monday permit tables to be set out and laid inside the Memorial Hall.
A leisurely hour is set aside for a delicious sit-down meal.

Is there: built into the Sat & Sun programme, sufficient time to eat?
For a French version of Midday break - long chat etc ? - clearly only by missing out something !
Dancing and music fanatics such as the organiser may find that 2.30, or 8.35 has arrived on Saturday or Sunday, and they have not yet eaten.
Most though, will find sufficient variety in the programme to allow themselves to eat by breaking-off from a few dances in a workshop.
This allows staggering of demands for catering, leaving less need for there to be queues at the hatch.
